Finding Good Rover sitters! Finding trustworthy, dependable dog care is hard even on Rover. We’ve used Rover many times and this was our 3rd time with Nate. We are very happy with Nate & Jenna. The booking process is fairly easy and getting a refund for flexible hours was a bonus!

Paula made the experience great. She met us at the curb the very first day and Harley ran right up to her wagging tail and happy. He loved seeing us come back but each day he was happy to see her again too.

Once a contract has been placed, contact between parties should be direct between parties and not through Rover.com. The amount of emails and texts from Rover.com is overwhelming while using the service. What could be discussed in a simple text generates multiple intrusions that need to be read, answered and deleted when I really just want to enjoy my time away on vacation.

We have found wonderful people who take care of our pup for overnights - she is a nervous nellie! The Rover app is easy to use and straightforward. It is easy to communicate back and forth as the texts come through my iMessages. So far it’s been great!
