Rover website works well, simple, and updates regularly for status. The people handling your pet are fantastic and caring. Liliana in particular!

We have used Rover to let our dog out, when we were gone all day and recently to have her stay with a family for a week, while we had a conference. Both times we made great experiences, our dog was well taken care of, highly recommend the service and we'll use Rover again in the future.

It was an easy process and full communication all the way.

Your instructions on how to submit a review are incorrect. When I try to follow the instructions, the instructions are not complete. I would love to leave a nice review for my dog sitter but unfortunately I can’t because Rover does not allow me to. I wish Rover had a phone number I could call and speak to someone so they could help me out with the problems I encountered with Rover.

The Rover.com website/app put me in direct contact with someone who was able to watch my pet for a reasonable price and did a great job. Awesome.

Rover.com provided several dog sitters for me to choose from. The sitter was prompt and wonderful with the dog. I scheduled her for a second dog sitting job. The payment process was easy and they even provided a way for me to give a tip.
