The Rover sitters I have used have been mostly great. But the Rover platform itself is awful. It is very difficult to make modifications or resolve booking issues. I have run into quite a few frustrations with the Rover app and although I use them a lot, I am about at the end of my rope with the last booking modification I encountered on the app. I don't think I'll be using Rover in the future.

Easy to schedule. My dog walker, Allegra, is great.

Best part is our dog Bandit loves to go walking with Phybie. He gets excited when he sees her. Bandit is like a child to us, you wouldn’t let just anyone take your child. We use the service when we are busy at work or leaving for the day. It gives us peace of mind knowing he’s being taken care of care of when we can’t.

We have used Rover 3 times to date with 2 sitters. Each experience was exceptional. Sitters were professional. Demonstrated experience with dog handling. Communication was great with frequent updates. Both sitters provided in home care. Each was very respectful and completely trustworthy. I have 2 large dogs. One is a senior guy the other is young with some anxiety issues. Both sitters were responsible with medication regime and loved on our dogs as if they were there own. I would not hesitate to recommend Rover. Also the insurance offered with Rover as part of their service provides peace of mind for both parties.
