I don’t like that you put in how many animals you need care for and it shows you a price per night but then when you go to book that price per night is per pet. It was very deceiving and I wouldn’t have continued booking with Rover if I had any other option. We did end up with a great pet sitter which was nice but it was three times the price I thought I was going to pay because of the way Rover is set up.

Pet sitters were great! Being old, I had some trouble with the app but not rover’s fault.

Kennedy was flexible - we were dealing with a medical situation, and this was the first time of using Kennedy as our sitter. She was professional and easy to communicate with as well as work with our schedule. It couldn't have been better
