Linzy who watched my dogs is great. Rover's website was difficult to cancel a previous reservation which was not completed and submitted in order to make a new reservation. I had to download the app to make the reservation. I spent a lot of time trying to make the reservation and it was frustrating. Rover took my money before the service was performed. And Rover also has extra fees. Most service transactions are paid for after the service is performed. It would be mush easier to schedule a dog sitter without having to use an app and I could pay them after I returned and saw that the job was executed without issues.

Rover gave me lots of options in terms of cost, location, situations, sitter ratings, and sitter qualifications. Rover also provides lots of detailed information for each sitter and gives good advice for meet-ups. Scheduling is easy. It's a great service. The only hiccup was the tip suggestion at the end of the requested online review. I tip my sitters regardless, so I don't like being pushed, and after spending a chunk of money on my dog's boarding, it seemed a bit much. Glad to know it all goes to the sitter, though.

Rover makes it easy to find great people you can trust with your pets. Rachel is fabulous with our pets and they took to her like a family member.

I find Rover to be a great tool for pet owners! Find people around you that you trust with your loved pet! So many options to choose from that fit your criteria! We have family we trust but we also have our sitter that is amazing with our dog when we need help!
