I chose Melissa H, who apparently had excellent reviews. She is a dishonest thief who misrepresented the time she came and the time she spent in my house with my pet. And then when I told her that she was caught on the ring camera, she wasn’t able to defend herself. She responded by saying that she treated my pet “lovingly and with care”. This was my first time using Rover, and I am weary about using them again. Shouldn’t references be checked or something. What Melissa H did was pretty much illegal.

We adopted a pup from an abusive situation. When we were gaced needing someone to let him out during the day due to 12 hour work schedules, we were at a loss. My daughter recommended Rover services as she uses them and has nothing but good things to say. We found Lauren and she has been amazing! Im so grateful my daughter suggested this service and I recommmed Rover to anyone needing their services.

I’ve used Rover.com in New York City and park City, Utah. I have never been disappointed. The platform has quality people and I have never been disappointed.

Sitter quit after second visit for my 13 and 14 year old dogs while I was hospitalized with no notice. She put my key under the mat and it was stolen. Very unprofessional as of december 28th, still unresolved with management.

Natalie was flexible, friendly and worked with our changing schedule! We’ve used her many times and have come to really appreciate her and her husband and how they care for our dogs.

Dominic was great! Her communication was consistent and prompt. My kitties were skittish, however she still did what she could to made them feel comfortable. When an issue arose, she responded quickly to assist us. Will definitely use her again.

Charles is lovely. I’d recommend him to anyone.
