I was very concerned that I had to leave my cat for a week. The staff at Rover addressed all my concerns. I was given several options on who would take care of my kitten. The choice I made was perfect and my cat was well taken care of and I was given updates and pictures every day. I would definitely use Rover again.

I had just adopted a new dog. Before I even adopted, I searched Rover for pet walkers. I was given the name of three and these people responded to my request for walks on certain dates. Rover suggested I get a backup to my first confirmed walker in case some days were not available for her to walk the dog. I did. There were updates and pictures and the walker was prompt and never cut the time short I requested. My only comment is that the Rover service is quite expensive. I was never disappointed with the site or its quick responses. But paying $70 an hour seemed pretty steep. As things turned out, my dog has a bit of anxiety when left alone, so I have put her in day care for now. I am hoping this works for us, but I wouldn’t be again using Rover again if needed. Why are some walkers cheaper than others?

Sarah was wonderful with Sophie. My wife was nervous about leaving Sophie until she read the reviews and met Sarah. We had a wonderful dinner in Newport Beach that was not dog friendly, thanks to Sarah and Rover.

She fulfilled a last minute request with ease. Great job all around.
