It’s hard to explain. I like that there is an organization behind the pet sitter!! They have standards that the pet sitter has to meet. And I had a GREAT pet sitter for my two kitties!!

It was easy to book a pet sitter on Rover.com and I liked the fact they were very thorough with acquiring information from me about my pets. This was my first experience with finding a pet sitter this way and it went great.

Literally let my sitter cancel one day before the booking even know we had already booked it almost an entire month prior. They hold your payment as soon as you book so if you don’t have even more funds to rebook before the up to ten day refund period then your screwed. We had to cancel flights and our first Christmas with the family after our daughter was born because of this reason. Flights aren’t fully refunded and even the hotel took the booking fee from us. So this has cost us a lot of money and frustration even beyond the cancelled booking. I DO NOT recommend using rover unless you have funds available to pay for a booking twice over. They offered a $20 credit that is literally not even enough to cover the amount that the rover app takes from your payment already.

Aubrey was very friendly, courteous, and prompt. She took great care of Rusty and posted photos and reported on his activities. We highly recommend her service. We also are happy that she lives nearby.

Our pet sitter did a wonderful job taking care of our cats. She was completely trustworthy, and we always felt confident that our animals were in excellent care. We never worried while we were away and would happily recommend her to others

So happy to have discovered Rover. Since moving to live on my own, I have found a lovely lady to drop in and keep my cats company when I’m at work. The app is so easy to use. You input your details and your pet, select which service you need and it brings up everyone who covers your area. They have a profile and you can read customer reviews. When my cat sitter arrives I get an alert and when she leaves too. She fills in an update how the visit goes. It’s like a little school report 😍. As everyone is feeling the pinch the cost is very reasonable too. Different people charge different rates but it’s all transparent. I’m so made up to have found Rover and my sitter. I’ve already recommended it to friends.
