Website and app are easy to use. Loved the detailed bios on the sitters and their homes/environment. Loved that background checks are performed. Was easy to communicate with our sitter through Rover. And our sitters were WONDERFUL! Will definitely be using Rover and our sitters again! I really appreciate a service like this - when you vacation and can't take your furbaby, it's a constant worry and wondering if they are as comfortable as they can be while you are away. Seeing Harley the day we returned and picked her up - that she was her usual energetic self, made me know without a doubt that using Rover was the right choice.

I had my privately arranged boarding situation fall through at the last minute and I was about to cancel my trip, but I decided to give rover a try. I was very skeptical that I would find someone that I felt comfortable enough with to leave my babies. I was immediately at ease when, two days before my trip, I took my two pups for a visit with their caretaker. Daily communication and photos while I was away kept MY separation anxiety at bay. The girls looked completely at home with their caretaker and were happy and healthy when I returned.

This was my first experience with Rover. It was easy to use, found a great dog sitter, and will definitely use again. Thank you!

I have pretty much stopped using Rover except in emergencies. Normally I contact 6 and might get 2 responses at most. I've scheduled sitters and they either no show or cancel hours before my flight takes off. The sitters are not consistent, not reliable and very expensive. The expensive part doesn't really bother me, but having to cancel and change trios for my medical appointments and my mom's medical appointments really does.
