it was clear from the time my dog was…
it was clear from the time my dog was dropped off that he was comfortable and happy - while he was excited to see me when I returned, he was happy and occupied while I was away so the transition was easier for him

I was still talking with Rover Support and waiting for a reply and now my case is closed and I'm asked to review?

Outstanding service!
After a last minute cancellations of my cat sitter just before traveling for the holidays, I discovered Rover.com. Through it, I found Bryana. After a “meet and greet”, I felt confident leaving my kitties in her care. Daily updates and photos reinforced my confidence in her and her care. I can’t begin to praise Rover.com and Bryana enough!

Pire application pour son animal !!
A fuir ! Je vous conseille de ne pas vous rendre sur cette application qui est désastreuse ! Il n’y a aucun pet sitter compétant qui vaut le coup que des arnaques qui sont là juste pour prendre votre argent avec des frais énorme que vous payez juste pour que l’application s’en mette pleins les poches ! L’application en elle même n’en parlons pas juste horrible en plus de ca les personnes qui travaillent pour Rover sont encore plus incompétentes que les pet sitter j’ai l’impression surtout une certaine Bénédicte qui prend tout le monde de haut. C’est impossible de les joindre et ils me font payer double !! Au lieu de 200€ ce qui est déjà énorme ils m’ont debité 400€ et ne veulent pas me rembourser c’est inadmissible ! Pire expérience que j’ai connu pour une application pour animaux !

Good New Mommy
Liliana did a great job with our little one. She sent us photos every day and gave us information on how our little dog was doing. We renamed Liliana “New Mommy”. We will certainly use her again in the future.

James Torillo was fantastic
James Torillo was fantastic! We have a 15-year-old dog that takes a lot of medication and we did not want to leave him in the kennel. James stayed at our house gave him his medicine three times a day, walked him, fed him and kept him company for 10 days while we were on vacation. Our dog Sampson requires a lot of attention and he was happy and healthy when we returned. My house looked great as well. James' is a fantastic pet sitter and a great person. Would absolutely recommend him
