natalie is excellent in communication and sharing updates through out the day / week. she is loving and understands our dogs needs.

I was so worried about leaving my 6-month old puppy for the first time. Not only was he well cared for, but I was sent regular videos and pictures of him happily playing. It was so nice to have that reassurance! His caretakers were very kind to both of us. He had a nice fenced-in yard to run around to his heart's content.

Found an excellent dog sitter my first time using the Rover platform. Effective and easy to use!

I understand that Rover needs to make money BUT, it makes no sense to charge a credit card now for a reservation made 6 months in advance. It seems to be a way to just make more interest from my money. Also, the charge for a customer to make a reservation is way too high. The person doing the pet sitting has to pay a fee and also the person making a reservation has to pay a fee. Robert is making to much money in my opinion for doing such little work.

This was my first time using rover.com and we had an excellent experience! It was super easy to find the perfect dog sitter who was willing to accommodate all of our puppies needs! She did a meet up with her dog to make sure our dogs got along and it was perfection at first sight!! We will definitely be using this again!

Kelsey did a great job with our pups. The dogs were calm and happy when we got home. There wasn't any issues and the house was left in good condition too! I would definitely book Kelsey again.
