Rover will not protect you or your Pet - DO NOT USE THEM! DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THEIR PROMISES TO PROTECT YOUR PET! They are LIERS! Rover was the first, and last, dog walking service I will ever use. I signed on a lovely dog walker to walk my puppy. There had been multiple walks with no issues whatsoever, the dog walker even gave me beautiful reviews and very positive feedback that my dog was one of the best behaved they had ever worked with. Then after one incident, that occurred when the dog walker was distracted, ROVER refused my request to file a claim. Instead of filing the claim as they should have, they dropped me as a customer, removed me from the app, deleted all evidence that the incident occurred ON THEIR WATCH and refused any further communication. Rover's response is very disappointing - this is exactly what they told me after they pulled my account and expressed there was nothing else they can do. Very sad that they can only provide you with a template automated response providing the support contact info but when you call they can not actually provide you with support or assistance.

The boarder made me and the dog feel very comfortable. The boarder was very loving towards the dog. I would highly recommend this boarder. The boarder sent updated photos of the dog, who seemed very content and happy.

We recently moved to a new town and couldn’t seem to find a reliable pet sitter based on recommendations from friends and neighbors. Then a family emergency came up and ROVER saved the day. With very short notice we were matched with 3 top rated sitters in our area. All replied within 5 minutes expressing interest in helping us. Christina met us in two days time and was in our home watching our beloved pets a couple of days later. She took such good care of our two little dogs and sent us photos several times a day for her 5 day stay in our home. Christina was absolutely amazing. We intend to use her services many times in the future. Rover was the app we didn’t even know we needed. Would recommend highly.
