Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Advised no further correspondence. No support to resolve an issue where my profile does not appear in searches. Advised to manually share the link with potential clients?

Search results will differ substantially depending on the client who’s conducting the search and the criteria they’re using. Each pet parent will see a different list of sitters. To help ensure that you get requests that match your availability and preferences, keep your calendar and preferences up to date. Please know that a single cancellation is a small factor in your overall position in search. It’s always up to you to decide whether to accept, decline, or continue discussing a request from a pet parent. No sitter accepts every request that comes their way—after all, sometimes a request won’t get booked, through no fault of your own. Liliane was wonderful to work with
Liliane was wonderful to work with. She made my dog comfortable and happy. She followed up with me several times per day so I could see Rosie in her environment. Thank you, Liliane. The reason I am giving a 4-star rating is that when I returned, I received an email from Rover talking about going around them to pay the pet sitter directly. I did not do that and did not appreciate receiving that notice. The reply I received when I questioned it was that it was just a reminder. Poor timing and not a good experience on my part.

Unfounded account suspension
I am beyond livid with this company for the treatment of their boarders and caretakers. They have suspended the account of a very valued and highly regarded pet sitter for unfounded reasons and 1 bad complaint compared to 50 positive reviews.

Angel was wonderful with my cats
Angel was wonderful with my cats! I felt more secure in being away because she kept in touch with pictures each day. She cleaned up and everything was just as it should be when I returned. I would recommend Angel for anyone who needs their cats to be fed and loved on while on vacation!
