I have been very happy with the individuals who have watched my pets. The communication has been great, and the care has been great. The only problem and the only reason I did not rate this a five is the cost. It is high. I had to find a different solution for my pet care needs.

Everything went well. Kieren was able to win the trust of my timid, elderly cat and actually spent time with her while we were on vacation. She didn't lose weight during the 3 weeks we were gone. He also cleaned the litter box daily, which is better than I do! The only thing about Rover that gave me pause was posting my address and then that I would be gone on certain dates as part of the initial sign-up process. I'd be ok with it now, but at the time I didn't know how the website worked and who could access that information.

Easy to navigate, great communication. Many options for pet sitters in the area. Built in guide rails to assure me my pet is being cared for safely.

Booking on Rover is very easy, but more importantly, it is fantastic that we as dog owners could scroll through and read all of the Rover employees profile. That is what made the difference for me.

So easy to use with great options for trusted dog sitters. Follow up is greatly appreciated.
