I've been fortunate enough to always receive great pet caretakers from Rover. They're always professional, respectful of property and home and have done an excellent job with my pets.

I had a wonderful dog walker named Lindsay which made the first visit to Rover a wonderful experience. If all is as great as Lindsay, you have my vote

We had an excellent experience with our house sitter! She took wonderful care of our two dogs and fish while we were away for a long weekend, giving us complete peace of mind. Despite our last-minute request, she was flexible, reliable, and quick to help, which we truly appreciated. It was clear that our pets were well cared for and loved while we were gone. We are sad to see her leave the Cincinnati area, but we have no doubt she will be just as successful and appreciated in her new community. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter!

The per sitter I chose was excellent and the payment process went smoothly. You don’t have to pay any fees when you are looking to hire a pet sitter like some other companies charge. I have 4 stars instead of 5 because the advertised price is lower than the price quoted once you select the person you’d like to hire. It appears that they post the amount for their least expensive service rather than the actual service you are searching for which is a bit misleading. It’s probably a glitch in their system, but something they should try to fix.

Rover is a very convenient. I was stressing about finding a dog sitter that was not going to be a fortune. I sent four dog sitters messages and all of them responded with their availability. I was very impressed and happy with Rover and will use them again.

The app is easy to use and I liked that you could send a request for the same day. It made finding pet care easy, especially in an emergency situation.
