I've used this service several times as a sitter and to find sitters. It's great. Great customer service and the value in it is the insurance and security of going through this service as opposed to direct through some random.

What makes experience good is the individual walker’s ability to do a responsible job and trust them. I hired Eda who was just that. I also do not feel river should take 20% of the fee for themselves. Sounds like a lot.

I have used Rover approximately 3X in the past to care for my pets and home while I was away. Every experience has been positive! Going away is stressful for pets but they take some comfort in being able to remain in their home! With Rover, my pets were well cared for and the Rover sitters communicated with me daily and included pictures! My dog was walked 2X per day! I always returned to a home as safe and secure as I left it!
