I’ve never been able to go on vacation…
I’ve never been able to go on vacation since I got my companion George two years ago. My cat is very attached to me and I was worried he would not react well to my being gone. I was also worried about him being afraid of a stranger coming into our home.Briauana took the time to come and meet George before I went on vacation. She took wonderful care of him while I was gone. I was able to enjoy my vacation and not worry about my companion. I recommend this service I would not hesitate to use the service again.

Ripoff
We had a sick pet who couldn’t go to dog daycare due to kennel cough so we booked through Rover for two weeks. A person came for three days and was not consistent on the times needed or booked. We booked for noon, and one day they came at 10am, another at 1:30, and the other day close to noon. Then, our dog ended up hospitalized due to pneumonia developing, so we canceled the remaining days. The cancellation was more than the price of the three days someone came. The prices were stupid as well. $38 a day to just let the dog into the backyard to potty. One visit lasted for 8 minutes. Total price charged for three days and maybe 45 minutes with my dog? $252. DO NOT RECOMMEND. And customer service didn’t do anything.

App is easy yo use
App is easy yo use, people are trustworthy and reliable. Biggest thing is its affordable, And bonus points cause my George had the best time staying with Haley.
