First time to use this app and have a wonderful experience (Dog Sitter) N Natalie was very attentive to all our needs. Would definitely use it again and recommend it to all our friends.

What made my experience great was knowing Winnie was in good hands. We all tend to worry about our fur babies but the messages and photos I received daily helped put my mind at ease.

Cass, who was my dog sitter, was very friendly. She was very attentive and loving to my fur babies. She left my house clean after cleaning up after herself.

Rover had a convicted criminal availablee as a sitter which we hired & was arrested in our home For kidnapping & Assault. Meanwhile we were Out of state ands our dogs were taken to the pound. They do not do bacground checks. This happened July 2024 and still dealing with issue.

Je suis globalement contente des services de Rover. J’y ai trouvé des pet sitters de confiance. Je leur reproche de ne pas adapter le tarif au nombre d’heures de garde. Par exemple, on peut payer 18 ou 20 euros pour une garde de nuit (ex de 18h à 9 h le lendemain) et le même tarif si on laisse son chien 4 heures en journée chez quelqu’un, alors que cela ne comprend pas une promenade. Je dois parfois confier mon chien quelques heures car il fait de l’anxiété de séparation… Par ailleurs, les pet sitters étant souvent des étudiants, il y a un fort turnover… il faudrait songer à se faire connaître des gens nouvellement retraités, qui peuvent offrir un service fiable dans la durée. J’en connais, mais ils galèrent avec l’appli…

My dog went missing after only 6 hours and still has not been found!!!!!! The sitter didn’t even have the decency to notify me until the next day!!!!!!!
