My first time..I feel i got lucky with Jenny..& hope all the rover sitters are as kind & caring..we are traveling & needed care for a separation anxiety rescue dog . I'll be using the service again.

Rover is very easy to use and I found three people to watch my dog when out of town within a day! I will definitely be using this more! Plus my dog is very happy while I’m out of town. You can book boarding, drop by’s or housesitting!

We had an outstanding experience using Rover last week! From our very first conversation, Jill was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about our dogs. As owners of two Chow Chows, we're very selective about who cares for them, and Jill exceeded every expectation. We received regular updates, photos, and messages, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious our dogs were happy, comfortable, and treated like members of the family. When we picked them up, they were relaxed, well cared for, and clearly had a wonderful time. It's not easy to find someone you can completely trust with your pets, but we absolutely did. We highly recommend Jill to anyone looking for a dependable, caring, and professional pet sitter. We will definitely be booking through Rover again and look forward to having our dogs stay with them in the future. Thank you for taking such amazing care of our furry family members!

I've never had a bad experience with Rover and each time just gets better. I love my sitter, or should I say, my dogs love their sitter Christine. She is so good with them and keeps me informed and sends photos. I enjoy my vacations so much more because I know they are in good hands. It's a vacation for them because they get so much attention.

I’m a dog sitter and I still haven’t been paid for a booking that finished last Saturday, so I just wanted to check why. I spoke to Renabel, but I only kept getting generic answers saying that payments are available for withdrawal “two days after you have successfully completed the service with the pet.” I repeatedly explained that the service was successfully completed last Saturday, and I’m actually looking after the same dog again tomorrow, but I still couldn’t get a clear answer. I was then told I could contact the service phone number, but no one answered the phone. I genuinely don’t usually have the energy, or can’t be bothered, to leave bad reviews and normally just forget about it, but this has been frustrating and unhelpful. At this point, I feel like I’d have been better off talking to a wall than expecting any actual advice or support from Rover Support/Renabel.

I appreciate that Rover did not require me to pay a membership fee in order to see the list of potential sitters. The sitter that I found on Rover (Nicole) was excellent.

The Rover platform and all itself are fairly user friendly; searching for sitters and booking services. However, you really have to be careful when selecting a sitter. I’ve used Rover for years and had great pet sitters, most recently however, we booked a cat sitter and she did not show up for the services we booked, and it was very disappointing.

I love Rover and the fact that I don’t have to pay to select a pet/house sitter. Only reason not 5 stars is no way to review pet sitters that you don’t book like the ones that don’t show to arranged meet and greets. I will continue to use Rover for my pet and house sitting needs.
