We couldn’t be happier with the service we received using Rover. Oliver, our orange cat, is very attached to my wife and follows her around the house most of the day. We decided to give Rover a try while we were gone on an extended vacation. Sheila, our cat sitter, was just awesome. Prior to our leaving on vacation, Sheila asked to come out and meet Oliver and us to make sure Oliver knew who she was and that we were comfortable with her. While we were on vacation, she sent text messages and photos of her daily visits with Oliver. She also voluntarily took care of some stuff at the house during this time, always being sure to proactively communicate with us, asking first for permission before doing anything, and then communicating via text messages and photos after taking care of the issue so that we could see that everything was done properly. We couldn’t be happier with Sheila and Rover, and we would recommend the service to anybody who needs their pet looked after.

Easy booking and wonderful sitter.

Girl cancelled on me an hour later after receiving my dog. The customer service made me come and get my dog. I got my refund but didn’t qualify for the credit they have for trainer cancellation. Very disappointed as it was very convenient and I do not know of any methods they have of deterring this kind of behavior. I basically wasn’t even able to give a review to the trainer who didn’t even try to take care of my dog. There’s no accountability

Overall we really like Rover and we love the sitter we found. Only issue is that the site is not easy enough to use- it takes several tries to figure out how to move around and get where you need to. It is also too easy to make mistakes while putting in requests.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the care Teddy received while he was boarding! From the moment I dropped him off, I knew he was in loving, capable hands. They treated Teddy like family, giving him plenty of attention, affection, and excellent care. I received updates that gave me peace of mind, and when I picked him up, he was happy, healthy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It’s such a blessing to find someone you can completely trust with your fur baby. Thank you for going above and beyond to make Teddy feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for animals truly shine through. I highly recommend your boarding services to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pet. Teddy can’t wait for his next stay!

Autumn was excellent at communicating with me about questions she had for my 3 girls needs. She sent many pictures throughout the day. She was punctual and personable. I could tell my 3 goldendoodles loved her. She took the time to play with them and walk them. Her overall care for my girls was exceptional.
