This was our first time using this app and Kimberly made this a breeze for us. She took great care of our girls(dogs)

Rover overcharged me for 7 visits because the 8th visit was a holiday, so they charged me a Holiday rate for all 8 days. When I contacted them, it took at least 5 emails before they "understood how upsetting" the situation was for them to finally tell me their application is apparently unable to understand which days are holidays, so they charge a Holiday rate for all days if a Holiday is included and "can't" refund my $46.00 overage.

Rover makes it easy to connect with possible sitters and gives several choices for your area. After meeting with them, you choose the one that is a fit for you and your pet and booking is easy. The sitters I’ve had are good about sending updates & pictures while I’m away.
