I think it was really messed up to hear from my pet sitter she lost so much of the money I paid due to service fees from Rover. At least she got the full tip.

The Support I received from Rover when I was trying to register an account. Also, after booking someone who was a no-show the Help I received was wonderful and very kind.

This was our first experience with Rover. We paid the sitter to meet our 3 dogs the week before our first visit. He was then to come at noon on a Thursday stay overnight feed them in the morning and then leave at Noon on Friday. He came Thursday 3 hours later. He sent some pictures and then we never heard back. Turns out he left and never came back. The dogs we left alone all night not fed and not let out. We were 1000 miles away. Rover did nothing. They blamed the sitter as an independent contractor. The realty is I did contact Rover response. I spend over an hour on the phone explaining the situation 3 different times to three different people. Reality- our dogs were left for a day, alone, with no food and no ability to go out. Rover did nothing.

Monica was excellant for the 10 days we were gone. We had no worries. She checked in periodically. We asked her to do few extra tasks like feed a parrot and stay on top of the pool chemicals in the pool. Duties not normally the expectation. .

Carina was an excellent caregiver for my pup. She always sent me pictures, took him for daily walks and dog park, she also offered baths. We had to extend his stay and she was very understanding and very accommodating. I'm so happy to have rover.
