Jack is a great communicator and willing to help out with other items on the house. From taking care of our freshwater and saltwater fish to watering the garden!

This was our first time using this type of company so we weren't sure what to expect. Our first sitter didn't reply within 24 hours so the company recommended another person. She replied within 1 hour. She agreed to meet us and our dogs the next day. When the day came for her to take care of our dogs I appreciated the fact that she logged in the start and end times and sent pictures. The picture she sent with our shy dog made us feel very comfortable with her. If the check in and out on line and Rover cards are a company policy, I appreciate the extra amount of comfort that provides.

Our dog walker Samantha was prompt, friendly and best of all my dog loves her! We had a really good experience and will continue se her services again.

Very poor service. I needed to attend a funeral and for the first time booked a 30 min slot for a sitter. On the day I got a message from the sitter they couldn't access the app. Asked for confirmation they attended but no reply. Contacted Rover who said wait 48hrs for reply, which I did and then raised it again with Rover. They have said they continue to recommend to raise it with the sitter again. Appalling service. Wasted money for nothing, terrible customer service and couldn't attend the funeral in peace due to not knowing if my puppy had been checked which there is no evidence he had been. Don't risk wasting money on this terrible 'service.' I await their generic AI BS reply to make contact with them.
