My dog ended up getting fleas at the house she was at. In 9 years she has never had them. And then this.

Platform worked well for locals
This platform worked well for finding and hiring a pet sitter. I was able to find a candidate who lives close to me and who was willing to come meet me before engagement. She did a great job and we will use both Rover and Sarah again.

Tipping
It would have been helpful to know I could add a tip at the end, ON LINE, after I gave a review.... I didn’t know so handed a cash tip to the sitter.

Sitter cancelled. No refund 2 weeks later.
Sitter cancelled while we were on a flight to Paris. 2 weeks later we have yet to receive a refund. Customer support has been very poor.

Happy with both Rover guys
We hired one person to house sit for 2 1/2 days and another person to walk our dog 3 times a day while a relative stayed with him. Both Rover guys were fantastic. Will definitely book again when we have the need
