⚠️ Please buyer beware at checkout. Don't check the sneaky box for the additional discount and subscription right above pushing pay button! I did, but then deselected it. On email receipt, that mistake charged me for 2 more boxes! I wrote them right after. Hours later they wrote back and they wouldn't refund, saying the order went through and that box can't be unchecked, saying sorry for the inconvenience!! Ripoff alert!⚠️

To clarify, the additional items were added through a promotional pop-up offer during the checkout process, which requires customer confirmation before proceeding. Our system records show that the offer was accepted, which is why the extra boxes were included in the final order. We understand that this may not have been your intention, and we are very sorry for the misunderstanding. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or modify it, as the items are already in preparation or in transit.
