I ordered two different orders for two different students/schools. Neither of the orders arrived on the move-in date. Reached out to customer service and got no response.

Unreal. What a "Mickey Mouse" company. I would give ZERO stars if it was an option. Reading the other reviews I CAN SEE I'm not the only disappointed customer. My order took 18 days to get to me. I had to ask multiple times for a status. End of the day my order didn't get to me on-time and I ended up having to spend another $60+ dollars to get it shipped to my daughter. Then a customer service rep named "Alyssa" says "sorry for the inconvenience" and didn't even offer to reimburse me for the shipping or even a credit IN CASE I wanted to do business with this crappy company again. Save time and frustration and DO NOT order from them.

I am Mad right now, I ordered beginning of August am I still don't have my Damn shipment but they took my money real quick..Phone lines down an dumb email an text message is Crap..I never had this experience before an ordered within the last 2 years an things was fine... They have until Friday an I'm calling the Better Business Beareu an My Bank an If I have to a Lawyer. By the way they are conducting Business seems like a Scam ...Never Again an I'm gonna make sure people know about Roomify!!!!!!

Would give 0 stars. Dont order from here. They take your money, repeatedly say they teceived our order. No confirmation of shipping. Try calling, phones arent working. Text. Email, get a blanket response back that we are a small team and we will respond in 24 hrs. Then nothing new, just we have received your order. Cost $300.00. Said 10 to 15 business days. Ordered in July, still nothing today August 20,18. Giving until 9/1. Then contacting lawyer.

Honestly, I was very sceptical after reading the negative reviews but, I did get replies from text when I inquired and I also got email responses but just not within 24hrs. They shipped out on the 10th day and it arrived on the day they said it would. All items are there, the quality seems good. The only item I feel could be a bit better in quality is the comforter but seeing as my daughter will be in a warmer climate, I'm not concerned. If your child is going to school in a cold area, you may want something thicker. I have to give credit where credit is due, I was sick with worry thinking I was scammed, but in the end, they delivered and communicated. It's a busy time of year for them, have a bit of trust and patience with a sprinkle of faith. We are on our way......thank you roomify! P.s. I WILL add, I DID contest the charge with my bank after reading reviews and thats when i got communication and movement, so I'm not sure if that was a coincidence or helped the process but I wasn't going to be dupped.

item (mesh shower caddy with soap holder, toothbrush holder and flip flops) was exactly what I was looking for and below the price I would have expected to have to pay. Arrived within the time promised.

Ordered a dorm room bundle on 8/4 after a referral from a friend. Needed the stuff by 8/18 for a college move in. The order form said shipping 3-10 days "plus processing time". No big deal, right? Well after a week and a half I started getting concerned. After some digging I found that their processing time is 3-10 business days, on top of the 3-10 days for shipping. Between shipping and processing that is a max of 20 business days, which is essentially a full month! Not cool! Realizing that my order still had not shipped and the items were not going to arrive in enough time, I tried to cancel the order. On 8/16, I tried to call to cancel but all I got was a recording saying that their phones were down and I was directed to email in. Tried to text, I got a auto response that says that they only respond over email. Emailed in to cancel my order, I got a "we'll get to you in 24 hours". To date, I have not received a response. They shipped my order on 8/17 and it wont arrive until 8/21. I had to go buy the items I needed locally. Thankfully they have free shipping on returns since I spent over $95. I hope the return process isnt difficult. I understand that Ecommerce stores get busy and this is probably a crazy busy crunch time for them with students going off to college. Some text on the order page or anywhere in the order process that said "we estimate your order will ship on yyy date and arrive on zzz date" would have prevented this entire mess. Also they really need to improve the processing time, two weeks is unacceptable.

They offer a service where you can order your dorm package for a future date which is really helpful for moving into my dorm since I'm going out of state and don't have a big car to fit things into. So, I used this service to have the package delivered to the Airbnb I'm staying at the day before I move in. However, the company just plain and simply didn't deliver the package when they said they would. 1 week before I asked for the item to be delivered I got an email saying it would be delivered soon (meaning a few days). I tried calling the company and the phones were down. I tried tweeting at customer service and they didn't respond. They said they had a text support but no one responded. I emailed and someone responded and they basically just said "oh sorry lol try calling FedEx" which we did. FedEx delivered the package two days ago anyway and I originally asked for it to be delivered two days after writing this email. Overall, while this company offers a good product and the idea of targeted delivery dates is good but they have some of the worst customer service I've seen. Try Dormify instead.
