Total fraud. Ordered a $200 garage lift and received a $1 child's ring. Attempts to contact the company bounce back. I'm reporting the fraud to my CC and hopefully will recover my money.

Shirts don't fit. Like children sizes. Cost over $30.00 to return 2 shirts to China.

100% DO NOT order from here, I tried to return it and you have to pay 100% of the shipping back to China. My bad for not seeing this before ordering.

Took forever to get the product, received what is clearly the wrong size and the label was removed, torn or cut. Absolutely horrible quality. Don’t buy. It is a scam

I won't order from them again. After trying to contact them about inventory or different colors being available (never got a response) I finally ordered a smaller bundle than what I wanted. I was checking my order and it said unfulfilled. I emailed them and asked for the status of my order cause it's two weeks from my son leaving for college. I don't know if they thought they were being cute but they sent me an tracking email and the header stated. "Roomify Logo You're about to get your sh-t together." Your order is on its way. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system. I don't find this acceptable and don't find any humor in it.

Please dont give them your money! I ordered in May and still have not received my order. I have emailed them per their website since no number to contact them. Terrible customer service

Bad customer service. They didn't ship what I ordered on january

I purchased items for $170.00 on July 5th, 2019. Seemed like a good deal as they offered a 25% discount on the Starter Bundle that was originally priced for $195.00. They did not honor their shipping policy for 5-7 business days. I did not receive the order until August 14th. I had to contact via email numerous times trying to find out when this would be received. I finally had to purchase something elsewhere as my daughter was going to be leaving for school the following week. I requested a refund which they said they would grant after proof of return. I sent the proof of return with FED EX tracking /shipping notification. They gave me a refund of $20.00. All items were unopened and in the original state. I have no way to contact the company except through email as their phone number is no longer valid. I'm livid! If I had known that I wasn't getting back my refund, I would have kept the bedding and donated it rather then lining pockets of these crooks who I know shipped it off to someone else! Now having to go through the hassle of disputing this with Paypal. I put a review on their site which was removed because it doesn't match the other stellar reviews put up by other people who had a better experience then me.
