My Daughter just received her bundle today !!! Everything was correct . Customer service is terrible really bad .. However she did receive it on time as promised.thank you

My experience seems to mirror Mary Kay's. At first, I received very little communication and information about my order. I was very concerned that my twins' bundles would not arrive in time for their college move-in dates. Similar to Mary Kay, I let Roomify know that I planned to contact my bank to contest the charges. I also shared my concerns and disappointment directly with one of the owners, Shanil. He responded right away and explained that they recently partnered with a new fulfillment center which has performed very poorly and that has created some challenges for them. He said that they are aware of the problems and they are working hard to address and resolve the issues. Shanil also assured me that we would receive the bundle in a few days. And we did. We received exactly what we ordered and the items appear to be good quality. I find that Roomify has good quality products, attractive pattern choices, and creative bundles. We experienced some initial communication challenges like some of the other reviewers, but Shanil was true to his word and made sure that our bundles arrived in time for my kids' college move-ins. I'm hoping the other Roomify customers will receive their beautiful bundles soon and enjoy a positive end-result like we did.

Honestly, I was very sceptical after reading the negative reviews but, I did get replies from text when I inquired and I also got email responses but just not within 24hrs. They shipped out on the 10th day and it arrived on the day they said it would. All items are there, the quality seems good. The only item I feel could be a bit better in quality is the comforter but seeing as my daughter will be in a warmer climate, I'm not concerned. If your child is going to school in a cold area, you may want something thicker. I have to give credit where credit is due, I was sick with worry thinking I was scammed, but in the end, they delivered and communicated. It's a busy time of year for them, have a bit of trust and patience with a sprinkle of faith. We are on our way......thank you roomify! P.s. I WILL add, I DID contest the charge with my bank after reading reviews and thats when i got communication and movement, so I'm not sure if that was a coincidence or helped the process but I wasn't going to be dupped.

Shipping is a lot faster if you don’t order a bundle. My freshman year (2016) I ordered the Doing it Big bundle and it took about month to get to me, but everything was there and good quality. Also, customer service actually answered me within a day or two when I asked about my package. Takes a while to ship, but once it does it’s quick to arrive. This year, I was looking for new bedding, and only ordered a comforter and sheets, which arrived within 10 days. It is the busy season for this company, considering everyone moves in around this time so I can’t complain. The comforter isn’t very soft (the grid pattern one) and my comforter from 2016 is definitely a bit nicer material, but it’ll work. The sheets are nice though. I’ve never had a problem with Roomify. Cheap and if you order in advance you should have no issues.

The quality or my items is great. I love everything I ordered. My only dislike was the shipping. It arrived late and never updated the tracking.

My order was shipped with missing items, but once I contacted Roomify they responded immediately and reshipped the items

The product itself was really great quality and exactly as pictured, but I had to wait several additional weeks for it to ship than what I had paid for (standard shipping). It wasn't until I reached out to the company did they tell me why this had happened--something about getting new inventory, which I understand but I wish the product was labelled "out of stock" online, or I was emailed about a delay so I would've been prepared for this. In any case, the customer service was excellent; Roomify responded very quickly to my inquiries & they were super personal and concerned with my issue I was able to get an explanation & refund on the shipping without any problem whatsoever and, as I mentioned before, the product was exactly as shown in the photo, super soft, and of great quality. The packaging as well was nice and well put together.

I was very skeptical from ordering from Roomify due to the reviews concerning late shipping, but Roomify was the only place that had the comforter design I wanted, so I took a risk. I ordered July 31st and received my comforter and sham today, August 2nd. I’m very glad it came so quickly! The comforter is not like a typical down, fluffy one, it is a bit more flat, at least straight out of the package. The material is definitely made from synthetic fiber instead of a softer cotton.
