First if all I was frustrated with the inability to see the details of all the products in the bundles. I had no idea of the dimensions of any of the storage items iand was very disappointed the sizes of all the under the bed storage. They are not useful at all. The quality of all the items excluding the linens was poor.

Great customer service but horrible shipping. Took way too long

Everything came in in a great condition, don’t get me wrong there. The product deserves 5 stars. The customer service and shipping deserves 1 Star. When I called to see why my order still haven’t shipped a month after I ordered it, they kept telling me next week. I called back each week and finally got my package after I sent several emails and made several phone calls. Not pleased by this.

Ordered the dorm essentials set for my son even got the 2.5” gel mattress pad ordered, but my son moves in in 5 days and they still have not shipped it. Customer service agent was friendly but answered as if she was put out at answering my questions, but she sounded like she works at home and although pleasant, it will be a long time before I place another order from you guys.

I had to wait 4 weeks for my bundle to arrive. Roomify sent an update on why it was taking weeks for the bundles to be shipped and delivered. In the email, roomify said I my bundle should be shipped in two weeks, but it took a little longer. When I received my bundle my pillow had a hole in it. Other than that, the bundle is great!

Everything took long to come , there was some friction with my order and I’m awaiting the rest of it. Other than that , if you have time to go order and wait then it’s decent site.

Honestly they take way too long to ship out things, my order took a week to ship out of their facility but once it shipped it only took two days to get to my house. Everything that i asked for was there so nothing to complain about the product. They just need to do better with how long it takes to get orders ready.

It took longer than expected to come in and there was quite a bit of fraying on the buttons and seams. The patterns great and I like it but I think for the money I spent, I could’ve gotten something of better quality.
