It was a good deal of course
It was a good deal of course, however the material doesn’t not match the price. The material wasn’t what I expected at all. I am constantly fighting with these annoying fuzzies that are on the towels and throw blanket.

My daughter ordered bedding and was…
My daughter ordered bedding and was sent the wrong color and it was incomplete. We have tried numerous times to call and keep getting a recording stating their phone lines are down. Says to email them and it keeps coming back undeliverable. Says to text to the phone number and a response would be sent back in 24 hours. It's been 5 days and nothing! Are they still in business???!!!!

Took over a month to deliver, and was sent to the wrong address
I ordered my room bundle on july fourth and my order was delivered to my home address Augest 17th. I moved into my dorm on august 12th and so I changed my address but they still sent it to my home address. I also emailed customer service multiple times and nothing was done about my situation.

First if all I was frustrated with the inability to see the details of all the products in the bundles. I had no idea of the dimensions of any of the storage items iand was very disappointed the sizes of all the under the bed storage. They are not useful at all. The quality of all the items excluding the linens was poor.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Placed my order on July 30th and was suppose to be at my dorm on August 24th, but it's still not here. According to the FedEx tracker my order is in the next town over since August 18th. SO FRUSTRATING!

We did everything we could to get your order to you on time, Sidney. We're so sorry about the delay with FedEx. There are times when we're able to contact them and make sure a package gets to the proper destination, but when we're unable to figure out the issues with a package not being delivered, it's more complicated for us to navigate. In addition, we apologize for not being able to reach us and get a quick response. We know that was extremely frustrating. They made it right in the end.
My experience seems to mirror Mary Kay's. At first, I received very little communication and information about my order. I was very concerned that my twins' bundles would not arrive in time for their college move-in dates. Similar to Mary Kay, I let Roomify know that I planned to contact my bank to contest the charges. I also shared my concerns and disappointment directly with one of the owners, Shanil. He responded right away and explained that they recently partnered with a new fulfillment center which has performed very poorly and that has created some challenges for them. He said that they are aware of the problems and they are working hard to address and resolve the issues. Shanil also assured me that we would receive the bundle in a few days. And we did. We received exactly what we ordered and the items appear to be good quality. I find that Roomify has good quality products, attractive pattern choices, and creative bundles. We experienced some initial communication challenges like some of the other reviewers, but Shanil was true to his word and made sure that our bundles arrived in time for my kids' college move-ins. I'm hoping the other Roomify customers will receive their beautiful bundles soon and enjoy a positive end-result like we did.

HORRIFIC!!!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Received my package 14 days after ordering. Sent over 5 emails with no response and the phone services are never working. After opening my package, I saw that my comforter was FILTHY! It was stained with dirt all over it and the outside and inside of the packaging was damaged with what seemed to be caused by water. I am convinced this company is selling damaged goods to its customers and the quality is poor anyways. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! IT IS A SCAM!!! Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau immediately.
