Purchased two shirts- they run very small!! Return policy is 30 days okay, but you have to email someone to get an approval to return. The shirts are nice and like to exchange but crickets !

Roomify lacks integrity with processing. I made phone calls to camcel order when the order didn't arrive as planned. I was told the order will arrive the next day. The customer service representative was not honest and refused to give me a refund stating I had to wait for FedEx delivery to start a return. The package was dropped off without as signature required when I already stated we. Will NOT be home. I will not order from this company again and will not refer it to my friends. A company that forces their product on others is not to be trusted. I better receive my miney back in a timely manmer. This makes no sense. I will not order from this company again and will not refer

It was a good deal of course, however the material doesn’t not match the price. The material wasn’t what I expected at all. I am constantly fighting with these annoying fuzzies that are on the towels and throw blanket.

They offer a service where you can order your dorm package for a future date which is really helpful for moving into my dorm since I'm going out of state and don't have a big car to fit things into. So, I used this service to have the package delivered to the Airbnb I'm staying at the day before I move in. However, the company just plain and simply didn't deliver the package when they said they would. 1 week before I asked for the item to be delivered I got an email saying it would be delivered soon (meaning a few days). I tried calling the company and the phones were down. I tried tweeting at customer service and they didn't respond. They said they had a text support but no one responded. I emailed and someone responded and they basically just said "oh sorry lol try calling FedEx" which we did. FedEx delivered the package two days ago anyway and I originally asked for it to be delivered two days after writing this email. Overall, while this company offers a good product and the idea of targeted delivery dates is good but they have some of the worst customer service I've seen. Try Dormify instead.

I was very excited about my order until I opened it. The colors on the blanket bled, so I have purple stains on my white comforter. I really wanted it to work because I put my trust into this brand when ordering from them for the first time. Thought it would be my new go to for buying bedding.

We ordered two dorm bundles on the same day. Received one right away and then got a noticed on other one that there is an issue with foam mattress so there is a delay. But they didn't replace the foam of the first item. When we finally received the second order we got a mismatched of items. I mean come on, I ordered a black navy bundle and they give me a coral item.

It take FOREVER to get your package I didnt recieve a tracking email until about two weeks later! Their customer service phone is "temporarily" down. I was finally told this morning that my package would be here on 8/10 now a few hours later they pushed it back to 8/13. I move into my dorm (out of state) on the 8/12. I thought I ordered it ahead of time so I could get it before I went to school but they are sooooo slow! Beware of this site! If youre buying for school make sure youre doing it like a month or two ahead because they will take forever sending you tracking info, contacting you, and sending your package!

I ordered my package July 13th, I was told it takes 3-7 days to ship I didn’t hear anything in two weeks so I reached out to them & they keep telling my order is top priority there was a delay because they were getting new mattress toppers and they will split my order and send them separately and will be shipped “tonight or tommorow morning” I’ve been hearing that for the past week now. I leave in 6 days. today I received the mattress topper but have yet to recive my $259 package order. They keep giving me the run around and telling my friends the same thing in their emails
