DO NOT BUY!!! i placed an online order since Sept 2021 and i kept following on weekly because i was not getting shipping confirmation (a tracking number that was not trackable) They kept stalling for monthssss and until now i did not receive the boots. When i kept following up they mentioned it was lost in shipment and all they can do is give me back 35%and that the factory stopped shipping....now they stopped even answering They are stealing money from people shamelessly. The guy in the callcenter bluntly told me "You want us to lose our sales?!!!" i have no idea how this website is still running! Such a disgraceful brand

I'm a 20+ years customer of Rockport shoes. I had them in different shades. I replaced the black one and couldn't believe how it changed. I went to check on Google and after reading the comments I understand. These are some comments: Rockport decided to increase their profit by drastically downgrading the quality of the shoe. The soles are no longer made of high quality materials, but are now made of cheap foam rubber designed to wear out in less than a year (and they do). , Rockport filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, citing a "costly and time-consuming separation" from their former owner, Adidas AG. Charlesbank Capital Partners purchased the company out of bankruptcy in July 2018; on July 23, the company's 60 brick-and-mortar retail locations were closed Rockport offers dress shoes that are made with a choice of corrected grain leather or full-grain leather. Corrected grain leather is any leather whose surface has been altered in some sort of way or another in order to give it a certain finish, color or appearance, one that is not natural to the actual hi

I've been wearing Rockport shoes for well over twenty years, I loved their shoes, but no more. Rockport shoes are now made of plastic with a cheap spray-on coating to make them look like leather, which is fine until a a few weeks of wearing them and the spray-on fake leather coating starts coming off. A little more wax I thought...but nooo, it continues to disintegrate. After a few months the soles will either break of fall off most of the shoe. This can be fixed with a six dollar tube of Gorilla Glue contact cement, but not the break in the sole. Rockport shoes has succumbed to the bean counters and rid themselves of their annoying and costly quality control department, along with their customer care department, at least according to the reviews of their shoes. Making a shoe for next to nothing yet maintaining the retail prices of actual quality shoes seems to be the new objectives of Rockport Shoes. It's a real shame when a company that for decades produced a great product and then allows the destruction of that product to save a few dollars per pair. Rockport Shoes have now become one of the worst shoes on the market today, it really is a shame to see a great company go down the tubes. My guess is that within a year or so Rockport Shoes will cease to exist. If you own stock in this company, you might think about dumping it while you can, Robert Infantino is hell bent on leading this company into oblivion.

If i could give a zero, I would. I have been waiting for 6 weeks for my order, it's lost in Australia post, and they say 'oh, just wait another 3 weeks before lodging another enquiry'. Meanwhile, they have my money, and I don't have my order. Why, why, why does anyone use Australia Post, acknowledge on their website that there will be delays, and keep using them??

I placed two separate orders for Rockport shoes. The shoes were shown to be in stock. The first order was cancelled with the reason being "out of stock". My credit card was charged, but refunded. I then went onto the Rockport.com site, and found the shoes in question were still available in the size/color of the original order. The Rockport site showed 13 pairs of the shoes "in stock". Same as the first order, my order was cancelled by Rockport, credit card charged, then refunded. I tried Rockport customer service via their 800 line. No service available, instead a recording to contact them via email. I sent emails, and finally received one reply which did not address my clearly stated issue. Goodbye Rockport...

If I could give zero stars i would. I bought a pair of " non-slip" shoes and the first day I wore them to work I nearly fell on my ass! I wore them a couple of days just to be sure and were slipping and sliding all over the place. When I wear my sketchers which cost me half the price I never once had a problem slipping or sliding at work at all. I called customer service who were very nice in the beginning and they sent me a prepaid shipping label to send them back to be evaluated. I was told as soon as they get them they will call or email me their findings and send me out a new pair of shoes upon that conclusion. Its been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing! I've called them 10 times and have been told 10 times that a supervisor would call me the next day. That never happened. So as of now I have been wearing my old torn up sketchers and I am out $150. Rockport has my shoes and my money and they dont have the decency to let me know whats going on. I know they recieved my shoes because i checked to tracking number which says they received them the day after they were shipped. Not a very good way to do business. To totally ignore me is not right!

First time buying from Rockport online, found a pair of brown loafers I liked and felt like the price was good. When they arrived they had wear scuffs and a scratch on one of the shoes. I thought things happen, no big deal so I sent pictures to their customer service team to see what could be done. After several days and me following up again with an email, I get a response that a credit of $10 is all that can be offered since my shoes are out of stock. I called customer service today to ask if there is more of a credit that can be given to save me the hassle of returning, but no I was told that was the best they could do and I should just return the shoes. So now I get to waste a lunch break driving 30 minutes round trip to a UPS and wait 3-4 weeks for a refund. First time and last time ordering from Rockport

I saw my first Rockport shoes in a thrift store. I was looking for a nice pair of stylish winter boots made from leather. I found the perfect pair in the store that caught my eye. They had wear in all the right places, and by that I mean purely cosmetic wear. The integrity of the boots themselves was completely intact, *despite* that wear. That's what caught my eye. So I put these shoes on, but they were too big! But they were such an attractive pair of boots that I had to have them! So I noted the brand and ordered them online. The pair I got was, not only the wrong color, not even just the wrong size, but it was two different boots in the same box! Neither of which were the style I ordered. I guess everybody has a rough day at work, and I seemed to have been the unwitting victim of some very disgruntled worker. Or maybe there was an honest mix up somewhere. Either way, for some reason, I was undeterred. I had to have these boots! (I know this sounds silly) I absolutely loved the style of them. They were well crafted, what more can I say? So I gave them a second chance. They didn't have my size, but that worked out great, because it was a size too big and I could fit my winter socks into them. It was that pair of boots that lasted me three winters and counting and that pair of boots that people ask me what brand they are. People appreciate craftsmanship. That's what caught my eye in that thrift store. I guess I'm a diehard fan. I love what you guys do!
