I ordered the Rockport Pro Walker Tennis shoes and so very happy with my purchase. The fit extremely well my legs are not as tired as with other shoes! I highly recommend as they are the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn!

I've been buying these show for years and am SHOCKED to see some of these reviews. I think people only review stuff that is bad. I'm guilty of that as well so here is my review of one of the best shoe brands on the planet. Comfortable, price is right for a QUALITY shoe and durable? Oh man I've taken these things through stuff that would have DESTROYED most shoes instantly and they asked for more. Love me some Rockports.

I walk a solid 3 miles a day in city and woods, I am extremely heavy footed and I put more pressure on one side with how I walk. All I buy is rockport now because no other shoe can take the abuse I give them. I basically got used to the idea that I had to get a new pair about every single month between the bottom wearing down or side and/or front detaching from the sole. I honestly had to stick to cheap shoes because I can't afford decent ones every month and the "expensive" shoes lasted as long as the cheap ones. Now I get a nice pair of Rockport about twice a year saving me money and looking better than when I wore the prior ones. I can't wait for my new pair coming today btw

receive a pair of your Dunham shoes that i ordered three weeks ago and i was so happy how they felt on my feet, so lightweight and super comfortable, that i had to order another pair. Arrived today and they are even better, even though they are a different style. I am a forever customer.

It seems as if a lot of people are complying about the customer service and buying bad shoes, I do not no if they have been bought out or not but this I do no; I have never had a problem in 20 to 25 years, their shoes last me 5,6,7 years with no problems like some people are saying. I just bought another pair 2 weeks ago and they arrived the next week with no problem, comfort? The best you could want, looks? Perfect, smooth perfect fit? Dead on from day 1, I’m sorry their having the problems below that I read, if any of these are true then I hope that Rockport takes care of this, people work hard for there money, I’m 72 and still working hard, Rockport please take care of these customers problems, bad reviews destroy companies!

I saw my first Rockport shoes in a thrift store. I was looking for a nice pair of stylish winter boots made from leather. I found the perfect pair in the store that caught my eye. They had wear in all the right places, and by that I mean purely cosmetic wear. The integrity of the boots themselves was completely intact, *despite* that wear. That's what caught my eye. So I put these shoes on, but they were too big! But they were such an attractive pair of boots that I had to have them! So I noted the brand and ordered them online. The pair I got was, not only the wrong color, not even just the wrong size, but it was two different boots in the same box! Neither of which were the style I ordered. I guess everybody has a rough day at work, and I seemed to have been the unwitting victim of some very disgruntled worker. Or maybe there was an honest mix up somewhere. Either way, for some reason, I was undeterred. I had to have these boots! (I know this sounds silly) I absolutely loved the style of them. They were well crafted, what more can I say? So I gave them a second chance. They didn't have my size, but that worked out great, because it was a size too big and I could fit my winter socks into them. It was that pair of boots that lasted me three winters and counting and that pair of boots that people ask me what brand they are. People appreciate craftsmanship. That's what caught my eye in that thrift store. I guess I'm a diehard fan. I love what you guys do!

Amazing customer service! I had a pair of Rockports that I had bought from a show store years ago but had never used. I used them for a few days, and the Rockport medalion came off. Not only did it look bad, but I was concerned that the waterproof shoes would no longer ge waterproof. I contacted customer service online, They responded and I send them photos. They immdediately allowed me to choose a replacement at no cost.
