Had bought Rockport shoes and boots for several decades. They were always know to be well made but not exactly cheap shoes. The last 2 pairs of Rockport waterproof leather boots that I bought both fell apart within a short period of time long before the tread was showing any sigh of wear. The stitching in the leather came out and the soles cracked straight through (cheaper compounds being used). The company can no longer be trusted to produce a quality product and the prices are still high. Sad to see a once great shoe company spiral to bankruptcy and cut corners all the way down. You can't trade on your name if your name has lost meaning.

I loved Cobb Hill sandals. Beautiful styles and comfort, well made, long lasting. Now they are gone. The Rockport ones are vinyl and crack and are useless after one season or less and yet they charge the same high prices. It is always sad to lose a great product!

The worst customer experience imaginable - I have worn Rockport boat shoes for decades. But never again - Barely 3 months after buying a pair of Rockport’s Southport boat shoes and wearing them a couple of days a week, the soles of both shoes began to separate and peel off from the shoes. When I raised a complaint with Rockport Customer Service, including a photo, Rockport said that the shoes merely reflected “normal wear and tear” and that, in any event, my complaint fell outside their return/credit period, but they offered me a 20% discount on a future purchase. No thank you. Contrast these defective shoes to the longevity of the now by-gone Rockport Perth shoes, which I loved and which lasted years. My most recent pair of the Perths - about 3 years old - are going strong with the soles on both shoes still properly attached. Terrible customer service and terrible product quality. Shame on you Rockport and your owner Authentic Brands.

ROCKPORT BUYERS BEWARE -- ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY!! My Rockport shoes cracked and split in multiple places the first day I wore them. They're advertised as leather, but leather doesn't flake off of another surface as if it were sprayed on. The shoes actually look so badly distressed, they cannot be worn out in public, let alone for business meetings. When I contacted Rockport and sent photos, they claimed they felt my pain, but said they would not replace the shoes because I bought them on Amazon, and to go Amazon for redress. I responded by asking if they stand behind their products, as it's their shoes that failed on the first wearing, not Amazon. They offered a 20% discount coupon, as if I'll ever buy their products again. DO NOT BUY ROCKPORT SHOES -- THEY'RE A FRAUDULENT OPERATION.

I ordered the Rockport Pro Walker Tennis shoes and so very happy with my purchase. The fit extremely well my legs are not as tired as with other shoes! I highly recommend as they are the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Rockport.ca for a Father's Day sale on June 19, total price before tax was $204.00. On June 24 I received an email stating my ordered had been "cancelled" and "we are unable to fulfill your order" and that I would be refunded. I looked up the items on the website and they were still showing as available but at full price, so I responded to Customer Service indicating I did not want a refund and if the items were out of stock I wanted a rain cheque. They responded "we are unable to offer rain checks for items that are out of stock" and said the website would be updated shortly to indicate the out-of-stock status. On June 29 the items were still showing as available at full price of $340, so I ordered them and they shipped and arrived. So it appears they simply did not wish to honour the sale price and lied to me. Awful.

I ordered a pair of shoes 10 days ago. It shipped but appears to be stuck in Texas. I have no idea where they are. Ordered them for a Cruise and no will no receive them on time. No communication even though I signed up for it. First time ordering Rockport and will likely be the last. Poor business!

I would like to leave a review for Rock Port Shoe customer service...unfortunately, it doesn't exist??
