Convenience and ease of use - I was connected to a doctor within 30 minutes of starting an online visit on the company's website, received my prescription within a couple of days and had multiple follow up emails from my physician within the first few weeks of treatment. I also found it very easy to use the app when it came time to delay one of my shipments.

I’ve used Ro for several years for prescription skincare and Latisse. I love both! I updated my skincare prescription several times (I’m a woman, 30s, focused on treating acne) and they were so helpful every time. I even got a fertility test to check out my hormones. The app is easy to use to chat with my doctor or customer service. My skin is MUCH clearer and my eyelashes are much longer. And I’m storing my eggs this year!
