RO is a well-organized operation and helps one streamline the steps necessary to receive the desired medical treatment. The interactions I have had with ro to date have been thorough and relatively quick. Also, RO provides a great deal of information for researching the advantages and potential side effects of any potential treatments. Highly recommended!

Absolutely terrible. they take your money and provide zero correspondence. No return email, no updates, oh and if you call customer service? "we're experiencing an overwhelming amount of calls so...email us" btw that doesn't work either. A complete scam that just takes your money and hopes you won't cancel. Absolutely terrible.
