My experience was amazing they make it so simple and easy and even check on you to see how you're doing. I can tell they truly care about their customers. I would not use anywhere else. That's not a lie

communication via online form only. no 800 number. lame, fees are too much. communication on what to do to get approved? poor customers regularly report shipping delays it has a mixed online reputation does not accept refunds or returns unsuitable for emergency medical care no guaranteed insurance coverage

After Dr approved my med they sent me an email stating I was approved for the medication. I then got another message that my insurance had approved medication and they sent my script to my pharmacy. I promptly called my pharmacy but they have no record of the script. The pharmacy says they have the medication but NEVER received anything from ro. I have tried to contact ro every day for over 14 days now to find out what happened but have not received anything but an automated email saying "someone will get back to me within 5 days". This is insanely bad customer service - such a disappointment.

Hey there- I'm sorry to hear this has been your experience with us. I am reaching out to request more information from you so we can look into what's going on with your prescription. It's likely that your pharmacy does not have the medication in stock- which is why it is not showing up in their system.

From beginning to delivery this process was easy and efficient. My identity was verified as it should. Also my package was lost/stolen at delivery and Roman quickly responded. They were on-the-spot with helpfulness and courtesy, a solution. Recommended by me....

Company was dutiful in communication but there was a problem in the first delivery. Other than that everything was great.
