I highly recommend Ro. I filled out the form and got the reply same day. And i recived My latisse few days after.

I haven’t used the product long enough to know, but so far, it’s easy to use and doesn’t annoy me to use it, massage it, wash my hands and finish my evening ablutions! I started 2/29/24. My hair looks and feels nice but I can’t see my thin spots, even with a mirror, and I can’t get a photo of them either. I can’t tell by old photos either, so i am trying to be patient. If it gets thick enough that my scalp doesn’t show through, I will cut it and go back to age (83) appropriate hair styles!

They make it very easy and make you feel comfortable talking about your issues. They are also very responsive and helpful any time you have a question on anything. I tried another health clinic prior and Roman is so much better!

Terrible service. Getting your prescription sent to a pharmacy every month is like pulling teeth. 5 days to respond to a message. Person that responds doesn’t even take the time to look into your file to see what you’re talking about. They will send a wrong prescription 5 states over 3 weeks late and you have to hope that you catch the incorrect dosage before you pay for it and have it filled (that is if the pharmacy even has it or responds to your inquiry about filling it). The only thing Ro is good at is making sure to charge your card for their monthly dues. They will charge that card if it’s the last thing they do. If only they were 1/2 as efficient with responding to messages and sending correct timely prescriptions for their patients as they with charging monthly dues. Very suspicious of the many positive reviews here. Look at ro’s reviews on other platforms…
