Complete scam
Complete scam. I have been charged over $200 to get to the point of getting a prescription for semaglutide, to have them not accept my payment via FSA funds. I have been tirelessly trying to reach out and get a hold of someone and nothing. Eventually I would receive an email advising I need to update my payment info, but do not assess the inquiries I am addressing (ex. "can I pay with FSA funds"). Now, it seems my prescription has completely disappeared from my portal + previous email threads. I am sincerely so disappointed. My hard earned money has gone down the drain due to false promises of excellent care and customer service. I would have hoped by now that medical scams have been eradicated, but no. There are still phony medical teams that are willing to take your money and not attend to your health. What of the professional oath pledged? Makes me sick.

Hey there- at the moment, Ro does not accept HSA or FSA payment methods, but we do recommend reaching out to your benefits provider to see if reimbursement is possible. You'll be able to request receipts and other documents to submit to your benefits provider for reimbursement. If you have any questions about this, please get in touch with our Care Team at [email protected].
