Service is unpredictable. You will receive an overwhelming number of e-mails full of " feel good" fluff regarding your "journey" with Ro. They stuff these e-mails with advertisements for erectile dysfunction, false eyelashes, etc. I forgot to log a shot due to the necessity to skim multiple e-mails from numerous nurses ( their providers). I was frustrated by the ever so thoughtful amount of unuseful information. I've been without medication for three weeks and was told varying things by various nurses. It may be delivered when I'm out of town. You can't speak to a point person and get problems solved. The side effects such as GERD and constipation are horrible.

With Ro I've lost 35 pounds in 5 months! They are responsive to my questions and provided helpful info for managing side effects as well as for dealing with medication shortages.

My doctor recommended Ozempic for weight loss but my insurance would not cover it. Out of pocket would have been $1300/month. Did a lot of research on semaglutide and compounding and ultimately decided to try Ro. Is it expensive? Yes. It’s still less than 1/2 the cost I would have paid. The process to begin treatment takes time and some out of pocket expense, but I’d rather wait for bloodwork and medical review than have some rando send me medicine sight unseen. I am 5 weeks in and prescription shipping has been reliable so far. App is helpful and easy to navigate.

This did help me a lot. I didn't feel the sugar spikes and shakes! I lost just enough to get me started on an exercise life change. I didn't feel any side effects but maybe a bit of stomach sourness at times. My only complaint was cost. Seems a bit much for getting people healthier.

I spent extra getting my compounded semaglutide through RO. The reviews about getting medication on time and the customer service was worth twice as much as the competitors. I read too many reviews of other companies not getting their drugs on time, expecting folks to use the drugs as many as 3 months when the expiration on the bottle clearly says 30 days. I needed to take the weight off my heart and I have not reached my goal weight, but have lost 10% of my body weight in 4 months. Their company is highly responsive and even refunded a whole month when I was shorted some of the product. AAA company!!

Ordered this ed med three weeks ago no product yet. I believe this company is in financial trouble. Fraud for me. Contacted service three times. They took my money but failed to show up. Big rep earlier on but their going down. Really don't know if the product works because I can't get any.
