These guys make false advertising claims. You will not lose 20% of your weight in a year. More like 10%. Know many people taking for diabetes including myself. Go see your doctor for this not these guys.

Hi there- Everyone responds to GLP-1s differently, so it’s difficult to say exactly what results you'll see. However, in clinical trials, in conjunction with diet and exercise, the average person saw noticeable weight loss within the first eight weeks. Depending on the medication used, the average person then lost 4–10% of their bodyweight after 20 weeks of medication plus lifestyle changes. Long-term use during clinical trials typically resulted in more weight lost. For example, the average person without diabetes who took 2.4 mg semaglutide lost 15% of their body weight within a year. In clinical trials, people with diabetes tended to have a slower rate of weight loss and a lower total percentage of body weight lost. But just like everyone’s body is different, no two weight loss journeys are the same.

Hi there- To turn off auto refills, log into your Ro account > Care tab> Manage plan
