They might put your order before you know it. I got notice for annual review, after that I checked my account to confirm there's no order was put. The next morning I got the notice from my credit card and realize that they put an order for me. I sent the cancelation right away at 8 am, and I still got shipment notice at 10:43. I've disputed it, and suggest everyone not to use their service. Reply to Ro's reply: My auto-pay was OFF before the interview, and I never turn it on.

They took $100 just to tell me my insurance doesn't cover the medications.

I had a little difficulty getting started with Ro as the initial verification process was cumbersome and it seemed like too many people were involved, but since getting my account started Ro has been seamless and on top of every detail.

I sign up to get medication to lose weight the advertisement on social media makes it seem that it is easy and affordable when it’s actually the complete opposite they charge you 99 dollars for a consultation. But they make it seem like that’s the cost for the medication. I received a message from my pharmacy asking me for my insurance information which I don’t have and I was told that the medication was going to be more than a thousand dollars which would of been nice to know before I registered for a year . All there doing is ripping people off. PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM

I did not request a renewal of the same treatment I requested and paid for a different product. I cannot cancel to request or reorder the new one.

Ro is very good in its explanation of its products.the ease of refills and explaining the medicine and how to use it is very helpful.and very good communication with the doctors and nurses at ro. I would recommend ro to anyone trying to make a change in their lives for the better.
