Was told that I would have to restart my dose at 2.5mg because I started with another company. I was on 7.5mg of Tirzepatide. Dr. Samyuktha Devabhaktuni stated that I would need to start over at 2.5 due to different formularies in the compounded mediations. I have never heard of this in my life. I’ve worked with chemists and pharmacists and both have confirmed that the “fillers” used in medications are not the active ingredients and you do not need to be titrated to higher doses again. The medications we pick up from other companies are all manufactured by different companies. They all have different inactive ingredients. Patients are never tritiated to current doses every time the same medication is dispensed from a different pharmacy and therefore manufacturing company. When we go to a different pharmacy to pick up medications, we are not told that we would have to be started at the base dose and be titrated up again because of the manufacturing company of the drug. I reached out to support and the supervisor Jordan would not issue me a refund. So I paid $99 to be told that I would need to start at 2.5mg again. I wouldn’t liked the opinion of another doctor. I do not know whether this company does this to take in more money from patients or lack of pharmacological knowledge on the part of the MD. I immediately signed up with another more reputable company and they asked for a copy of the prescription which was verified and I was dispensed 7.5mg of Tirzepatide with no break in continuing my treatment. I’ve used two companies after that as well who verified my prescription and have given me the current dose of medication I am on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are ill advised and the lack of knowledge and spread of misinformation is apparently supported by this company. It seems like they’re in it for monetary purposes unfortunately.

I inquired about getting set up with the weight loss injections through RO health. A phone consult was scheduled for 10:00 am the next day. The next morning, the consult was changed to 8:45 with little notification. Well I sat by the phone and never received a call. I went online st 8:50 and was told that I did not respond to the meeting so it was cancelled. I was unhappy that they changed my meeting with less than two hours notice, and that I missed the phone call with a ‘provider’ when I was sitting here phone in hand. Plus they charged me $45 dollars for the privilege! Very unhappy, and will tell everyone I know that the company treated me poorly, and charged me anyways. Do NOT expect customer service from this outfit.

So far I have taken my first dose and everything that they have done and showed me was very informative I was able to follow instructions easily they seem to go out of their way to help you on your journey to lose weight I am new to this and I will continue to use the app because it's very informative and they seem to take a lot of interest in my journey. So far I would give it five stars.

I had a question regarding my upcoming order, it was answered in a timely manor, processed promptly and immediately shipped.

They were unable to deliver my meds in a timely manner. They said it was returned and not able to be delivered, and it was not even due to be delivered until tomorrow, which would be Friday the seventh and they build me twice for weight loss medicine.

Billed me when it wasn't time, then canceled the order and refunded me then billed me again before the refund hit my bank. I left another company for the same thing. Then they do not respond in a timely manner. How is that even legal.

Ease of process and very comparable for someone who is uninsured to get the diabetes medicine needed to live!
