I filled out all of the necessary forms (not a huge amount!) and about a week later I received my starter kit! The first months supply!!

Everything is extremely easy. There was never a point throughout the process where I was confused or concerned that I had not completed the process accurately

I’ve requested a phone number so I can ask questions since they haven’t responded to the questions in my emails. I cannot find a number and they won’t provide one. I am very frustrated and ready to cancel.

It's only my first week with Ro, and so far I love how detailed efficient fast and caring this process has been, they put together a great team of people and it seems that they really care for the well-being of the patients. Thank you all.

I went through the process paid the required monthly membership fee. Online telemedicine process resulted in 3 options. Option selected for a specific weight loss product for a specific price with shipping to house. After ordering the telemedicine provider informed me that she prescribed the same medicine in a pen injector instead of the vials I ordered at twice the cost I ordered and provided payment method for. Also not shipped to my house. The option for the pen format for the medication Zepound is not even listed in the checkout options for the customer, it's not given with a price, it's not shipped to your house, and it's a potential waiting list to get because it's scarce. So you check out by selecting a much cheaper more available medication that's shipped to your house overnight and then submit your payment method, then you get a message from the provider telling you they prescribed the same medication for twice the cost to an unspecified pharmacy. The more expensive pen was not even listed at checkout. Nearly impossible to reach a human being and you have to wait 3 days to get a message back from anyone at the company. Definitely feel false advertising at checkout options and total lack of timely customer support.

This company is amazing.. seems as if this company genuinely cares about you.. I was amazed how quickly my process went through.. I’m very grateful to come across this company..

Fractured care. I submitted an side effect and I received 5 different responses from 5 different levels of care. Not really sure if they where all qualified to their stated credentials.
