The whole process was painless and to the point. There was alot of communication when I signed up and it went fast but complete. I was sure I was getting the best precare so I didn't get anything that would hurt me down the line.

Any questions you may have regarding starting a treatment are all fully answered, and the process for actually signing up for a program is also very easy. Ro helps you feel fully supported, thus alleviating any nervousness or fear surrounding starting a new program.

I have been using Ro for a few different things. I get severe cold sores under stress and I was able to get recurring rx so that I can always have it on hand when needed. The price is fair, I like the notification reminders when my script is due for an update. I find that the physicians are easy to reach, timely and professional but friendly. I am very happy to have found Ro about a year ago. Been using them every since.

No refund or care about the patient. They don’t tell me any of these major side effects I could have with taking asthma medication plus their semaglutide medication. After I receive it I told them I don’t want to continue it after the side effects, and they won’t refund me any of my money even though I can’t use their product.
