I started the process 2 weeks ago and went the insurance route. Though it said the process could take weeks for approval and prior authorization it moved pretty quickly. Within 5 days I received notice that my prescription was sent to my pharmacy and would be ready within 2 days, maybe a little longer if the pharmacy has to order it. It has now been 10 days and my pharmacy has still not received my prescription and I’ve received no response from Ro.

I tried their Zepbound med and it doesnt work. They over charge and I beleive their are much better options. Dont waste your money.

Very bad in regards to weight loss. Just ignore you with no response. Used weight watchers as well. They were more responsive.

Did not work at all used for 2 months been on wevovy ans saxenda both worked great that I got from a Dr. This didn't work at all. Don't waste your money.
