My experience has been great. I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for the long wait for a response after sending a message. I’ve tried other companies and Ro is the only one that was able to get me approved through insurance. I do like the step by step guide and the tracking. I would highly recommend.

I have been using Ro for my Latisse subscription for several years now and I couldn’t be happier. I love how easy it is to communicate with the doctor each year to renew my prescription. I love that I never have to think about when my product is coming with the autoship program and I love that I can save money by purchasing in larger quantities. Their customer service is very responsive.

I had radiation my saliva glands are destroyed I ant got no spit. but I thought I'd give it a try . Would not dissolve after 20 minutes, so I ended up using my pill grinder and putting it directly in my feeding tube. I can't slow either. After an hour atillnothing at least generic cialas worked within an hour N so much cheaper too bad medication like this cant be in liquid form. So I cancelled my subscription. I'll continue to do what have been doing. I tried and it failed for me.

Huge wast of time. Went through the whole initial process. Insurance eventually denied. Which I’m fine with paying out of pocket for my health. But it has taken weeks. They do not respond to messages for like a week. And it goes no where. I just wanted the prescribed medication I was approved for sent to the pharmacy to pay out of pocket. That’s all I want. Not hard at all. It’s just a run around and I swear they can’t see the previous response in there system. $150 a month to have one response to concerns or questions per week. What kind of support is that? Go else where.
