I've never seen a company with a bigger run around process to cancel a subscription. Good luck trying to cancel. Because you will lost in an endless loop of double talk. They don't want to make it easy to cancel. Otherwise it would be a "one click" process. Buyer Beware

Easy to navigate the process. Wanted to get on Zepbound specifically. After the provider reviewed my health info the Rx was issued and I had my Zepbound vials within a week. I hear negativity from people about cost of meds. This is totally on the Pharmaceutical company, and not Ro's fault. It is a tool that has helped 100%. Food noise gone. Losing 1-3 lbs a week. Im fortunate I can afford the cost of the meds. Worth every penny. Minus 1 star for slow-ish response from support team.

RO is a scam. After two months on the weight loss program, I received an email saying my account had been cancelled (I was due to receive a refill). After five emails I received a reply saying my account was cancelled because they tried to charge my card multiple times and it wouldn't go through, so they dropped my account. He went on the say, I was welcome to sign up again, but I would need to pay the setup fee again (~$150). They did not, in fact, try to repeatedly try to charge my card multiple times. Having found lots of people around the internet experiencing similar issues with RO, I'm left to conclude this is some sort of predatory practice where they try to get away with repeatedly charging you the setup fee. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Can’t get any answers or help. My prescription got canceled and now I can’t get any help with issues. This program is just regurgitated bot chats with no specific answers to specific questions and zero personal attention.

Ro was quick to prescribe, but not by cutting corners. They did a thorough check up. Their ordering and delivery process was easy to use and edit. The site was very easy to use and the product did the job it was supposed to.

If I could give zero stars i would. This is day one. I signed up bc I had very little info when I entered membership. I have researched canceling my subscription and there is literally no existence of that option. I have sent two emails and told in one week I'll receive a response.🙄 I called contact phone number and was on hold for an hour before I hung up. I'm so mad. This feels like one big scam. Do not advise this site.You will be given indirect answers that take you in circles without ever giving you a response. Please cancel my subscription to membership immediately.
