I ordered from here on May 19 fairly easy process and felt confident. After waiting for almost 2weeks and my order not arriving I was able to message them and see what was going on. So after 2 weeks. I finally got them. It’s been a pretty decent experience. Haven’t had the meds for a month yet so I’ll keep you posted.

Awful, nonexistent customer service. Not available. Does not assist resolving mistakes carries make with delivery. Carriers they choose and are responsible for!!!!

In the beginning, I received quick response. Once the auth was submitted to my insurance, the responses were not as quick. My insurance approved the auth on the same day. I messaged asking when they would be sending my Rx to my pharmacy and they said that they had not received the auth yet. I sent them the auth approval information along with an image of the actual auth letter, still no Rx has been sent or replies to my messages. There is no reason whatsoever for this to be taking this long in my circumstance. I know all circumstances are different and respect that. But when you have all the necessary information and you have handed it to them on a golden platter, things should happen quickly; you would think. So now I am still waiting for a response and my prescription. The monthly admin fee should be taking care of all of this, NOT ME. Good Luck! started the process on 5/31, auth approved 5/31 and today still no Rx 6/4

Update: Ro has reached out and tried to resolve the issue. I’m just gonna pass but I think it was great of them to try to remedy the situation. I’m super fair and gave them 4 stars. I was also refunded. They talk to you through a message system which is replied by different people. They approved me and then they canceled my membership. THEY MISUNDERSTOOD so many of my answers on my intake because so many nurses and practitioners are in your chat. So then they asked me to retake the intake process and wanted me to pay the $45 again?? Absolutely not! You misunderstood everything RO. You should have patients answer the questionnaire and then CALL them like all the other providers, or have a TELE-HEALTH visit
