RoReviews of ro.co

"This product has truly delivered! After trying a couple of other options without much luck, this one really works for me. The design is a huge plus, as it means less planning and more spontaneity compared to traditional methods. I've found it kicks in fairly quickly, and the effects definitely last for a good duration, which is fantastic for weekend plans. While the initial setup takes about ten minutes and the taste isn't exactly delightful, it's a minor inconvenience for the impressive results."

Dr under prescribed the dosage.. Went to urologist prescribed different medication higher dosage and much cheaper. Then the automatic refill. Still had their meds. billed me $270.00 for meds tgat arent working. Cancelled everything. Go fo your dr. $18.00 for 30 tablets dr. wull get dosage. use Gorx

Good product, Ro Sparks, but the customer service, the game they play telling you that you need to "renew" your prescription but that's used to put you back into an auto renewal mode, and sell you a refill you don't need, is unacceptable. If you're willing to play their game, and get stung by unnecessary refills, this is the perfect company for you. Edit: update as it relates to Ro.co's response..they totally missed the point, as they did when I experienced this issue, and instead of following their "suggestions", I simply had them delete me as a patient/customer, and took my business elsewhere.

RO online prescribing doctors completely unresponsive after setting up account and taking my money. Switched from max dose of wegovy, which was working, to zepbound for lower costs and promised results. In 4 months in I've paid over $2k and gained 5 pounds. They would not entertain skipping low (micro for me) doses. Continue to refuse or even discuss increasing my doses. Zero response from customer service. Zero access to prescribing doctor to discuss. Big ripoff.

SCAM!!! Beware of this company and the provider Markeita Johnson NP! They will order the medication you need for the fist couple of refills but this provider refuses to increase the dosage as recommended by the Manufacturer Eli Lilly. The reson she is doing this is to slow down your weight loss so now you will have to continue paying $145 for additional months. This is like a bait and switch....get you off to a good start and then try to have you hooked and slow down your weight loss for many months so they can collect the monthly fee!

My experience with Ro has been great! The process was very quick, and it is gave me peace of mind to be connected with a doctor for prescribing the meds.

My prescription was supposedly sent to my pharmacy but the pharmacy never got it. I reached out to ro the only way you can which is through their system that tells you it will be up to 3 days before they respond. I am 4 days in, still no response. They have no customer service but expect you to pay 145 a month to them on top of the price of the meds. I promptly cancelled and will go elsewhere. Ridiculous business model.

My experience with RO was very good. I received the best support, response, and service, The process was quick, the explanation of process, and the instructions about usage of the medication was very straightforward. The video was very helpful and made the whole process much easier.
